Hi,

Can anyone share experience relating to tarnish immersion silver on the test vias area? The observation is there is blackish substance that seems to bloom (blossom) out of the test vias. The EDX analysis seems to show Ag , S and Cu on the blackish substance.

Would appreciate information of phenomenon mechanism and causes. Many thanks.
