Steve

As far as I'm aware, this clip is in the public domain. I know that
Charles Jennings distributed many 16 mm copies of it. If this is so,
then you don't need my permission. If it is considered copyright, then
you should obtain permission from Sandia (I don't imagine this would be
a problem).

Of course, the tiny image in my download is hardly suitable for
reproduction. I could provide it in a form reproducible on a TV or
computer screen as an SVCD (PAL 480 x 576 pixels 25 fps or NTSC 480 x
480 29.97 fps) or even a DVD (PAL 720 x 576 25 fps or NTSC 720 x 480
29.97 fps). I'd be willing to do this on a non-profit basis, but my
costs (media, conversion and authoring time on specialised equipment,
packing and postage) would have to be covered. (As I'm "retired", living
on a pension, I no longer have a company to sponsor me.) I hope this is
not contravening IPC rules on spamming on the TN.
