Tote trays are readily available in stock sizes from several manufacturers.
For electronics, you probably want ESD safe trays.  I recommend the black
conductive trays for clean room use, as the antistatic coating on the blue
static-dissipative trays washes off when you clean them to go into the clean
room.  The black conductive trays have carbon particles molded into the
plastic, so they won't wash off.  I used to work for a disk drive repair
facility where we discovered the problem with the blue dissipative totes.

McMaster-Carr (www.mcmaster.com) and various other distributors sell
conductive trays in several sizes.  Matching dividers are available, too.
