Rich,

The netlist in a Mentor neutral file is not in IPC-D-356 format. I
believe that all of the data, and more, is in the neutral file but in an
entirely different format. In the past, Mentor has provided an
unsupported script that can create an IPC-D-356 format netlist from a
Mentor BoardStation database.
