Cheryl,
Many have suggested using a balance, but if you go this way, you need to
have a set time after putting it on the scale before you take a reading.
The weights are constantly changing in the 3rd and 4th decimal place,
especially with low solids fluxes that have a high level of isopropanol
carrier. You also need to have a method of keeping the flux from dripping
onto the pan or into the scale itself.

Can anyone recommend an accurate tool or method for measuring the amount
of liquid flux applied by a spray fluxer for the wave solder process?

Thanks!
