I search the IPC 650 manual and did not see a Laminate Decomposition
Temperature Test. Perhaps it is referred to by another name. By any
chance can you quote the actual test number. Can the laminate weight
be lost in other than assembly. I am more concern with heat buildup
during an exothermic event.
