I've read July 20th "un-official note" concerning the long awaited
stakeholders guidance directive from the EU's TAC. In regards to the MCV
"homogenous" issue on page 3, am I the only one confused with what the
note states as to this item?
 
 Seems to say they like what came out of a July 16th workshop, and will
consider adding the new wording to a future revision, but no clue as to
what that wording is or when this revision will take place.
