I believe that they're up to the B Revision. Although there are other
differences, for us the big improvement in this Electrical Test Data
Format is the inclusion of embedded component locations and sizes such
as for buried resistor applications. PCBs with embedded components have
to be tested for the value of the component not just for shorts and
opens. This means that the net list sent to the test machine from the
CAM station must include those values and locations. IPC-D-356A provided
that data.
