It is always good to shop around. A buyer should be investigating better
quality, technical support and economic reasons. My opinion is that this
particular supplier is pulling you leg. Lots of PCB vendors are still using
1.5mil resist and not at those lead-times.

Good Friday to all. We've used 1.5mil dry film for quite a while but now our
supplier tells us EVERYONE has switched to 2.0mil. If we choose to continue
with the 1.5 we need to place our order 3-4 weeks in advance. Am I just
behind
the curve here or is it time to shop for better service? Thanks.
