Siemens Siplace machines had this option in the past but not longer because
of time consumption take for the testing.
You can try to find such old versione (Siplac S15 / F3) in the used
machine market.

One of our customers has said their other CM uses a Mydata SMT pick and
place system that has the 'on-the-fly' testing. From what our customer
says,
this testing will catch all marginal passive parts, including any SMT caps
that may have very small cracks.
Anyone have experience with this 'on-the-fly' testing option?
