Hi All,

Pls inform if there is any number / upper limit of BGAs components
replacements (done one after another) that reject the PCB automatically or
there is no such number and its depend on the PCB status (visually, X ray
and electrically).

For example PCB with more than 30 BGAs and 4 or 6 ( or XX number) of them
should be replaced, is there any such magic/upper limit number of
replacements that automatically reject the Assembly for use, according any
IPC standard?

Best Regards

Reuven ROKAH
