that is what we have on our drawings..... Alternate finish_____Immersion
Silver.
We leave the thickness up to the process, although we know what it should be
there are two manufacturers with different thick nesses, both work for us.

What we see coming in, and suggest to our customers making this transition
is to simply state what you wrote.

Finish: Immersion Tin
or
Finish: OSP

We take care of the rest...

As for thickness requirements, well you really can't under or over plate
these two finishes very easy...
