Hello Peter,

A primary contaminant to look for is chlorides.  Un-clean bare boards
may have too high of a chloride count which has the potential to result
in electrical leakage and electromigration problems.

Is it unusual in standard practice to perform cleanliness verification
(audit) on bare pcbs at incoming, prior to starting the manufacturing
