I hate to ask a question like this, but, is there an "Industry Standard
Acceptable Level" of RMA's in the board assembly portion of the
electronics industry? I know this is vague and the answer is probably
-- It depends!

I'm sure it depends on if it's tested, untested, proto, or established
product that had been built a million times.

As a process person, I think Zero Defects is a nice target, but,
realistically, stuff is going to happen resulting in RMA material.

If there isn't an "standard" level, what are other companies seeing for
RMA rates?
