I will echo what Brian and Bill have said, that you can't really recommend
a cleaner unless you know the soil.
I can recommend both the Kyzen cleaning products (www.kyzen.com) and
Envirosense products (www.envirosense-inc.com) as working well on a wide
range of electronics related residues, both backed by knowledgeable people.
I suspect Charlie Pitarys is lurking out there waiting to pounce. Probably
Mark Palmer as well, but Mark is a few hours behind.
