Yes there is one well known automated system that struggles with small
voids and is also difficult to use in manual mode with tin/lead and
defiantly with lead-free.

I have to look at this again yet according to one of the manufacturers
who
wrote some articles and sent me information any difficulties might be
caused by the system you are using and your understanding of that X Ray
system.
