Jowan, please correct what I will write to the list if I am wrong or write
it a better way if I am close to right.

If I understand what you wrote it is because some materials have
magnetizing properties and have the ability to retain electric/magnetic
fields. Because of this they create difficulties with fast electronic
controlled responses when that is what is desired by the engineering
requirements.
