What I say in public should make sense
whether I have the letters or not,
so I don't use them either.

Jack

p.s. It seems like a lot of people assume the letters mean you can do a
better job.
I choose to believe that the letters only prove you have the desire and
ability to
learn new things. I consider myself quite fortunate that my company pays
for me
to learn stuff. I wish everyone had that opportunity if they wanted it.
Maybe IPC should offer CID scholarships or something! cool idea?

Hi Karl,

I read your comments with sincere interest, and have always found your
discussions informative. One quick question. You don't post a the CID
label with your name. If you don't have one, please discuss the issues
you've encountered that haven't allowed you to test and cert. I've simply
not had an employer that has seen the importance of it, and so haven't
done a workshop and test, even though I've completely went through the
cert program on CD.

Interested. Good day.

Mitch
