Use the correct feeder for the tape type.
you cannot fit an embossed tape to a paper feeder because the paper feeders
do not have the depth to allow for the component pocket. If you fit a paper
tape to an embossed feeder there is no support below the tape and there is a
chance that the component will be pushed through the tape during pick up.
It is possible however to fit a shim to an embossed feeder to give support
to the paper tape but for Panasonic this is something you will have to do
yourselves (there isn't a retrofit kit available)
Hope this helps
