A very practical book dedicated to bringing lean manufacturing to the
workfloor is "Implementing World Class Manufacturing" by Rubrich & Watson.
Also worthwile is the lean manufacturing presentation (about 100 pages) in
Earl Moon's DFM book, available from my own website at
