C=0 sampling may save some time and give you the roughly the same level of
protection ... J-STD-001 doesn't state the AQL per se just that you must
ensure and preserve the solderability and refers you to -002.

That is a good question. Could you let me know if you get an answer because
I also need that for the IEC standard now in revision.

I guess there is some standard "sampling rate" somewhere out there......?
