Hi.

My name is Maxine Greenwood ( Max ). I am in the Employee Development Dept.
as a Trainer for Reptron Manufacturing. My question " is there any
information out on how someone in my position can help production personnel
in the Lean Manufacturing Process or further their training to help them
adjust to the change both for their benefit and the companies?" I'm also
looking for ideas on Training Dept. structure and procedures in a lean mfg.
environment.

I would really appreciate any information you could turn me on to.
