Victor,

both Bob Willis and Lee Whiteman can help you on that and I am pretty sure
they will answer. What I suggest is that you don't simply get the
guidelines, but actually set up a training inside the organization. There's
no point in you alone be able to assess good joints, the inspectors and
assemblers should do it also.
