I have to decide on a lead-free coating for a PCB. My natural tendency (based on previous experience) is to use immersion tin. There is one major issue - the PCB surface is in contact with bronze surface for safety grounding. How will the immersion tin behave along time?

In another instance I selected ENIG, because the surface contact is used as a power conductor, and will conduct continuously 60A on an area of 220 square mm (~.35 square "). Will the surface contact withstand this current? Is gold plating better for this application?
