  I remember a few years back, a gentleman used a pcb routing machine, and
made Christmas trees out of em. Nice green soldermask coated boards. Just
rout the outline of a small tree with a stand on the bottom using two
programs. One program will slot half-way up from the bottom on one piece,
and the other program will slot half-way down from the top, right down the
middle of the 'tree' halves, the width of the board. Slide them together and
you have a nice little X-mas tree for the office. You can hang miniature
ornaments from the holes! If you had some LED's and a power source,  you
could probably use the circuitry to light it up!

Fellow here made a really neat birdhouse out of some.

And, I've got some scrap backplanes here that are large enough for serving
trays.
