Hi Todd,

Answering only your prime question. The Europa site that one of our
friendly Listservers, already gave you is one good place to get the two
Directives (WEEE, RoHS) that are the prime Directives most of us are
focussed on, and seem to apply to your company's products. Tin's Kay (ITRI,
Soldertec) also has a site at lead-free.org and there are a few more sites
that host these two directives. I haven't checked out the IPC server, yet I
can imagine our hosts for this listserve also have the Directives.
