Hi

If you read the Directives, annexes, I don't think you will have a problem
selling this since this is inside a component. Eventually you might have a
problem since it won't be labelled as RoHS compliant. And then again you
might be selling it to someone who doesn't like your termination finishes.

I don't believe you will ever get an exemption in advance.

For one quick idea, since it is a component try contacting JEDEC.
