John,
I think I previously voted to approve the IPC-6012 changes and it should
carryover as you state below. But just in case you need another vote for
approval, see attached. Slipped up and didn't send this on Friday as I was
out.

Dear Colleagues,
Copies of the 2nd Proposed Standard for Ballot for IPC-A-600G,
Acceptability of Printed Boards, and IPC-6012B, Qualification and
Performance Specification for Rigid Printed Boards, can both be
downloaded through the following web page links at IPC:
http://files.ipc.org/IPC-A-600G_Ballot.zip
http://files.ipc.org/IPC-6012B_Ballot.zip
Due to the large size of these files, these links have been used as an
alternative to downloading the files through the IPC Committee Home
Pages to enable faster download.
Each zipped file contains the following:
1) A .pdf copy of the standard also containing the comments/negative
votes received and task group disposition from the Negative Vote
circulation of the document in March 2004 (there are no comment
compilations at the back of A-600G as changes there are a direct
reflection of changes to similar requirements in IPC-6012B). Also at
the end of each .pdf document is the interest category for your site
relative to the document. If we have your interest category in error
please notify me. The three categories are General Interest relative to
the product covered in the standard, Supplier of the product covered in
the standard, or User of the product covered in the standard.
2) The associated comment/vote form in MS Word format.
If you voted during the initial Proposed Standard for Ballot circulation
and do not vote here, your previous ballot will be carried over into the
tally for the 2nd Proposed Standard for Ballot.
The deadline for votes for both of these documents is Friday, May 28th,
2004.

John Perry
