Hi Jim,
Günter's advise was correct. The whole point of the hold times at t-extremes
is to allow creep to take place, because that is what happens in operational
cycles. Everything elese being equal, hold times are more imprtant than strain
rates except for superfast test shock conditions that create extreme warpages.
