For those of you using liquid nitrogen as a source for inert gas during
manufacturing
I have a copy of an interesting report from Lucent Technology that says
So2 levels ranging from 30 ppb to 80 ppb are not uncommon
in this "inert" gas. These levels are due to the methods generally used
to create liquid Nitrogen.
If anyone would like a copy I will forward them a copy in MicroSoft Word
format.
