My mouse mat is a foam backed PCB, the company that made it also does
coasters and similar.

The best one I've seen is heads for golf drivers. The manufacturer piled
up scrap boards with liquid resin to fill the holes, cured it and then
carved the head out of the solid mass with a CNC milling machine. I saw
this on the 'Net a couple of years ago, but I can't find it today.
I heard Tiger Woods is changing his name to Tiger Epoxies :-)
