This conference will focus on business practices to enable your company to be customer driven, process centric and deliver the highest return on investment. The new ISO 9000, rev. 2000, places a very heavy emphasis on performance targets and result accomplishment. Companies using ISO 9000 can get very real and meaningful metrics. Some of the speakers will expand on this subject; others will provide guidance on other areas where systems can help profitability. 

Papers will focus on business operational metrics: how to measure them and use them in a meaningful way; business management systems; geographic information systems; business activity monitoring; and how metrics can help companies succeed. 

The conference will take place at the Embassy Suites Hotel Covina, 1211 E. Garvey Street, Covina, CA.

The cost of the conference is $150 for IPC members and $225 for non-members. IPC and Cal Poly Pomona are also offering a special student rate of $100, a copy of your current student ID is required to receive the student rate.
