Hi Reuven, our facility is Hi-mix/Med-vol so yes, fast programmability will
be required.

Its depend where in the process and for what you need it.

Hi Mix Low volume you may need off line fast programmable AOI (VCR ) .
Low Mix Hi Volume, you may need slow programmable machine (solder joints -
OCR etc.)

We are planning to buy an AOI soon. What advice on make, functions and
features should I be looking at? What problems/shortcomings have been
experienced by anyone having used AOI?
