Hello All-
We have 200 QFP components that failed a Kester wet balance test method
using Kester RMA Flux.
Unfortunately, I do not know the nature or origin of the residue/
contamination.
Data:
- We use a no clean process (if they did not wet with RMA can not imagine
them wetting with NC).
- 240 Pins with 20 or 26 mil pitch
- Parts are MD'd (Manufactured Discontinued)
- Value $9,000
I am looking for direction and recommendations.
Input on recommended labs is also Valuable.
Thanks in advance,
Cal
