Hi temp. BGAs balls alloy is mostly Tin (90-10) as far as I know.

The suggested alloy for BGAs balls is SAC (Tin-Silver-Copper).

Steve,

What a valid and good question to ask! It really never strike me or
anyone in the industries to ask this. I am dying to know the answers
offer my our BGA manufacturers.

Regards,
Wee Mei
