Source Electronics in NH (603-595-2906) should be able to do this work for
you. I don't think that you should have to necessarily re-tin the leads if
they are baked in a Nitrogen atmosphere. You can try a solderability
test to confirm.

I have several QFP's that have reached beyond their reasonable shelf life.
Many of these components are obsolete and therefore I have to be able to
solder them. Does anybody know a reliable source that can bake and rework
the surface finish, and re-dry pack them. The majority of the parts are
Sn/Pb.
