We have used these tools for Pb-Free soldering demonstrations. No-problems.
The hand soldering process is nearly the same. A little slower wetting. Dull
joints. More solder peaks. Higher melting point requires a bit more
attention to thermal transfer methods. Usually does not require higher
temperature tips, but may if they were a little under sized in the first
place.

We have noticed a huge difference in solder types and flux core performance.
We generally prefer 2 or 3 percent flux. One percent or less is kind of
tough to deal with. If you need external flux make sure it is compatible
with your process and the flux in the solder wire.

Practice, Qualify, Perfect.
