CID-A-A-208; DOD accepted spec for stencil marking of weapons containers
and related equipment (tank barrels, ammo boxes, etc).  Very specific
for ink types (polyamides) that are somewhat hard to get and work with.
Some contracts (I think by mistake) specified this document for ID
marking of PWB.  The correct spec for PWB is CID-A-A-56032.
