Victor,

Postlam bake can reduce or eliminate warp permanently, if it is done right.
We didn't have a choice when the warp was due to unbalanced constructions
(impedance jobs). If the cause was process related then it was permitted
but not desired.

Subject: [TN] Raw Card warpage

Fellow TechNetters,

   At a PWB factory setting is a final baking process permissible to
correct any warpage prior to customer shipment. Once the sealed bag is
open and product not used for an extended period of time will the warpage
return.
