These are generic starting points for both Polyclad and Isola's FR4
(226, 370/402,406). The actual scaling that is incorporated should be
derived from testing from the process that the material is being
fabricated from. Surface preparation, lamination cycles and tooling
systems have direct impacts on the scaling factors needed. The attached
is a good starting point for this testing.
