Again I am interested in what your Graduate Project is supposed to produce
in the way of a paper and an analysis.

DougR from TI gave you, I hope, a nice link that will lead you to all the
TI papers including their earlier ones. If you get a chance read each of
them since they add value. Last year or maybe the year before, I tried
to get a discussion going on this listserve for what I considered were
weaknesses in the TI's studies which WernerEnglemair has noted in another
note and first clued me into. The MA-Turi studies done by UMass at Lowell
(Doctor Sami also have some weaknesses which Dr Sami I believe is aware.
As for Carol at NIST I am not sure if her data is the old NCMS data or
something brand new.
