Hi Wolf-Dieter, and IPC LF Listservers,

I think back maybe last year we discussed this a little with I believe
Brian adding some thoughts. I seem to remember Brian thought maybe we might
have some DC effect due to Bulk resistance changes. You might want to go
back and search yet I don't remember much dialog on electrical high
frequency on this particular LF listserve or forum.

Off hand I expect Hi Frequency and microwave will still be built
differently and even then if SnPb is replaced by SAC one solder joint will
be a small portion of the electrical path length and thus cause only a
small discontinuity which SnPB already creates.

P.S. If you do find another forum that this is discussed please advise.
