Hi NIST-Carol, and IPC LF Listservers,

Thanks for your note back on my note.

You might be new to this list, so I appologize in advance since past notes
read and prejudices learned from others, slowly, might influence my opinons
and knowledge.

It seems funny that NIST would not publish this information on the web
or at least give access in some form to USA citizens. Instead NIST
would publish a book for procurement purposes and revenue creation to
whose pockets?? Does NIST have a new financial model??

Don't get mad at me, altough the above does seem inflamatory. I just
don't understand based on my MRC (Manufacturers Resource Center) work
under the Clinton / Democratic Administration.

As to the reliability data I don't want to see 1000's of cycles of
hot to cold, aka thermal shock with no failures. I wish to see field
work with both SMT and PiH components and modelling to correlate the
models to the reality with those funny fun fudge factors.

I want, and I believe Werner wants to see some reliability data with
MEAT, and light on the Cheese and Mayo if you please. Geez I goofed
Werner probably likes sauerkraut and potatoes.

YiEngr, MA/NY DDave

P.S. Come On Carol like me and Werner too although we are feisty.
