The NIST webpage does not have thermal cycling data: The NIST webpage includes critically evaluated data which we (JP Clech, Kilwon Moon, and I) put together on the mechanical property measurements needed to model the reliability of SAC alloys.  It also provides a link to a database with other properties and other alloys.  It appears from your comments that you found those links

The NEMI website provides for download the articles and presentations that the NEMI Pb-free Assembly project has written.  The full set of reliability data (complete thermal cycling data, Weibull curves and parameters, CSAM, failure analysis, dye penetrant studies, ...) will be included in the book due out by the end of 2004.
