Hi Royce,

I have a Soltec 6721 Delta C and here is how you correct the width
adjustment.

1. Turn on the parameters by clicking on Setup/Parameters
2. Click on yellow box by Width, it will bring up the conveyor width screen
3. You will see the Setpoint (S.P.) and Measured value numbers (M.V)
4. What you need to do is change the M.V. number, so with a ruler measure
the conveyor width you actually have and then change the number to that
value.

Congrats you have now calibrated your conveyor. (I hope)

Regards,
Richard

Subject: [TN] Vitronics Soltec Maxi Wave # 6522CC

Folks

I have recently inherited a Soltec Maxi Wave model # 6522CC. My issue is
that the width adjustment is off and I would like to correct it.
If anyone has knowledge how to do this within the software can you please
let me know?? The width adjust shaft has an encoder on it and there are
micro switches on the offload end of the machine that the movable rail hits
as it moves. The manuals do not indicate how to correct and I want to try to
fix this without taking off the encoder, moving the width and then
reinstalling the encoder....

Thanks in advance

Royce
