Dear Technetters

We are Fujitsu Vietnam, Now we are manufacturing HDD used for laptop, main board used for camera, ...
During manufacting, some part as BGA, CSP, ...  were broken and need to replace. 
To remove and soldering these part we have to prepare stencils to print solder paste on ball of BGA, CSP.
Now we meet difficult to find part purchase specification of all these parts (pls. see details below)
