As far as I know, nothing, although some companies may have in-house
specs. The problem is how to measure it. The only instrument
specifically made for this, the Microcontaminometer, went out of
production in the 1990s. It could measure the ionic contamination only
on a part as small as 3 mm diam and 10 mm long, but it was a pig to use
with small components as the contamination may be as small as the order
of 1 ng eq. NaCl (1E-9 g)!!! Very easy to make a mistake :-(
