Ken,
The answer depends on the test method.  Is your customer asking you how
much bromide is contained in the resin, which is a formulation question, or
are they asking for the amount of extractable bromide, and if so, by what
method.

The test method involved is critical.

Good Afternoon Technetters,

We have a customer that is asking for the amount of Bromide in our
assemblies. Is there a rule of thumb for the amount of Bromide in FR4,
generically speaking?
