I use a program named MailWasher to get rid of everything I don't want
in my mailbox. Most of the spam is automatically marked for deletion
while the emails are still on the server of the ISP. The text of all
other mails can be scanned (and deleted) while still on the server,
keeping my Inbox clean. The basic version of the program is freeware.
Recommended.
