These one line messages are worms sent by infected machines, and not unique
to TechNet. Opening the accompanying attachment allows the bug into your
machine.
The infection uses names from the email program's address book and spoofs an
identity from the address book as well. This is why they always seem to come
from someone you know, or at least think you know, even though that
particular person is usually completely innocent. [There is an option in
Outlook/Express to add people replied to sender's addresses book, which
people often check or leave checked).

Anybody else get this email I've pasted below? I'm sure it's got a virus
attached to it...you can see the attached file name.
I'm pretty sure that Jane's computer isn't infected...her email address got
spoofed somehow. Just curious if anybody else got this email...
